Welcome to DREAMSELF ENTERPRISE. DREAMSELF ENTERPRISE is an Indian proprietorship business operating in the FMCG sector. We currently offer tea products under our brand name DREAMSELF. By accessing our website, purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Business

DREAMSELF ENTERPRISE sources products from third-party manufacturers and sells them under its own brand, DREAMSELF. Our business includes FMCG products, tea and related products, retail sales, wholesale sales, and distributor and reseller partnerships. We may introduce additional FMCG products in the future.

3. Products and Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and specifications are accurate. Product packaging and availability may change; images are for illustrative purposes. Customers should check the actual product packaging for ingredients, net quantity, manufacturing date, expiry or best-before date and other relevant information.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be communicated during the purchase process. We may revise prices. Orders already accepted will be subject to the confirmed order price, except where correction is legally necessary.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. We may cancel an order in cases involving incorrect pricing, product unavailability, payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity. Any amount received for a cancelled order will be refunded where applicable.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver products within the estimated delivery period communicated during checkout. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability and unforeseen circumstances. Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. Products that are damaged, defective, expired or incorrectly delivered may qualify for replacement or refund after verification. Opened or consumed food products are generally not eligible for return except where required by applicable law or where a valid product-quality issue exists. 8. Wholesale and Distribution

Wholesale and distributor transactions may be subject to separate commercial agreements. Distributors and retailers must comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations. No person may claim to be an authorized distributor without written authorization from DREAMSELF ENTERPRISE.

9. Intellectual Property

The DREAMSELF brand name, logo, packaging, designs, website content and marketing materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Product Quality and Safety

We are committed to offering products that comply with applicable Indian food safety and quality requirements. Our products may be manufactured by third-party manufacturing partners. Customers should follow the storage and usage instructions printed on product packaging.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DREAMSELF ENTERPRISE shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary. Changes will be published on our website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Odisha, subject to applicable law.
