Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Customer satisfaction and product quality are important to DREAMSELF ENTERPRISE. This policy explains the conditions for order cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds.

2. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Eligible refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be initiated after cancellation confirmation.

3. Return Policy

Because our products include food and beverage items, certain hygiene restrictions apply. Opened or consumed tea products are generally not eligible for return. Unopened products may be considered for return depending on the circumstances. Damaged, defective, expired or incorrect products will be reviewed for replacement or refund. These conditions do not restrict mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

Customers should report damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery where reasonably possible. Customers may be requested to provide the order ID, product photographs, packaging photographs and details of the complaint. After verification, we may offer a product replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's account depends on the bank or payment service provider.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available for products damaged due to improper storage after delivery, products opened or consumed without a valid quality complaint, change of mind after dispatch where return is not available, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. Nothing in this section limits any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Wholesale and Distributor Orders

Wholesale and distributor transactions may be subject to separate written agreements covering cancellations, returns and refunds.
